To strengthen oversight and support the Board of Directors, Home Afrika has established specialised Board Committees. Each committee operates under a formal charter, meets regularly, and reports back to the Board with recommendations and insights.

Audit & Risk Compliance Committee

Finance, Procurement & Strategy Committee

The Finance, Procurement & Strategy Committee supports the Board in capital allocation, resource optimisation, and strategic direction.
